I remember as a child listening to Patsy Cline and trying to sing just like she did. Since I can remember, I have always wanted to be a country singer. Shortly after high school I joined the Army. I heard about a USO tour that entertained troops overseas and throughout the US. I auditioned and off I went. I spent a month touring Europe and 5 months throughout the US. After I left the Army, I pursued a voice and cello performance degree. I heard about an Army National Guard band in my home state of New Mexico. I became their premier vocalist, performing all of the state for ceremonies and events. I earned a commission and recently deployed to Kosovo. While there, I competed in the Operation Rising Star competition and earned third place at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. I am now concentrating on my original country music.
